Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere
I stayed for two nights and found the room to have a cozy corner perfect for winding down with a book. The friendly staff made a great first impression and were helpful with local dining suggestions. However, some areas could definitely use more cleaning attention to elevate the overall experience.

Econo Lodge Eugene was a solid choice for our trip. The room had a cozy corner with an armchair perfect for curling up with a book. The staff was friendly, making us feel welcome from the get-go. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking were huge bonuses for our group.
Some areas could use a little more cleaning attention.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the local area, hitting the Fifth Street Public Market for shopping and grabbing some tasty bites at the food carts. The hotel had comfortable amenities, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend for a group trip!
One of my friends noticed some cleaning issues that could be improved, like a dusty area in the common space.

great access to parks and local eateries for city explorers
during my stay, I loved how close Monroe Park and the Owen Rose Garden were, which made my walking explorations enjoyable and scenic. I found some awesome spots like Sweet Life Patisserie that made for the perfect lunch stop after a day of wandering, making it a great choice for anyone who enjoys discovering a city's charm on foot. my only slight issue was the limited selection of amenities offered, but that didn't take away from the experience too much.

Free Wi-Fi was solid, but the room had a weird odor and cleanliness issues.

The price was cheap, which is a plus. The bathroom had a broken toilet and dirty sheets, though. Definitely not clean or safe.

missingWrote a review on 26 Febdecent roomclean towelsbroken lockstained beddingunsafe area
The room size was decent, but the experience was marred by broken window locks and unsanitary conditions, with stained and odorous bedding. Despite claiming to offer a continental breakfast, none was available, which was disappointing. The surrounding area felt unsafe, far from ideal for any stay.
